Goal Statement

As an Instructional Designer, I aim to create valuable learning deliverables to enhance professional performance. I want to make learning engaging and interactive, employ simulation technology, and make training accessible to different learning styles. I want to advocate for the learners when they struggle to fulfill their learning goals. For adult learning, K-12 education, or special needs training, I have learned that interactive content stimulates the brain to desire a better outcome. Therefore, as a former Art and Design teacher for vocational schools, I believe in interactivity, creativity, and adaptive designs for better learning outcomes.
