Thank you for visiting my portfolio. I am an Instructional Designer 
and a Technologist interested in practicing project management in the IDT

field. I received a master's in Instructional Design & Technology 
at the University of Tampa in 2018. This degree inspired me to create 
effective and engaging STEM education and adult learning course content.

Effective instructional design can change learners' perspectives on 
acquiring knowledge and synthesizing them into real-world practices. 
    My passion focuses on higher education implementing the ADDIE framework (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) and adult learning theories that encourage problem-solving, performance enhancement, and customer success. Empowering learners with advanced knowledge through adequate training and efficient education is rewarding. I look forward to helping you engage your learners and enhance their learning experiences.
